The Cosmoprof & Cosmopack Asia Award winners were announced before the show wrapped up last week. More than 200 guests attended an awards ceremony and reception at Chancellor Room at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre — gathering to celebrate the ten winning companies.

The winners in each category were selected by a jury of 21 members, and were awarded a prestigious trophy designed by Centdegrés. The Awards are created in partnership with international trend agency Beautystreams to recognize the most outstanding beauty products in each exhibition venue.

Organizers say this year’s awards were record-breaking — they received 529 entries from 274 exhibitors.

Lan Vu, CEO, Beautystreams, comments, “We are honored to work with Cosmoprof Asia to curate the Cosmoprof Awards for 2018. This initiative is key in encouraging innovation and creativity in the international beauty industry. It has been an exciting journey this year, resulting in so many new ideas, pioneering products and trends-in-the- making.”
